1. Advanced layout design solution
Compared with traditional engine manufacturers, Kangwo Holdings applies advanced layout design solutions in the use of diesel engines and adopts integrated component design. Components are cut by 20% as opposed to normal diesel engines; this presents increased product strength accompanied by low noise and better reliability and performance, with reduced maintenance costs.
2. Vermicular graphite cast iron material
The cylinder block and cylinder head, produced by Kangwo Holdings, are made of compacted graphite cast iron. Their strength is more than three times that of conventional materials. For the engine’s capability of continuous operation and reliability, this can be ensured.
3. Diamond coating technology
The company has put a diamond layer on the outside of the engine piston and piston ring, as well as the inside wall of the cylinder liner, which cuts down on friction. This means its wear resistance is 3-5 times stronger than old chrome plated stuff, making the engine's overhaul life reach 25000 hours.
