1. Advanced layout design solution
Compared with traditional engine manufacturers, Kangwo Holdings designs layouts for its diesel engines using advanced solutions and adopts integrated component design as well. The number of components reduces by 20% as compared to an ordinary diesel engine thereby strength of the product is higher with lower noise superior reliability and performance and lower maintenance cost.
2. Vermicular graphite cast iron material
In comparison to standard materials, the strength of the cylinder block and cylinder head, which are made of compacted graphite cast iron in the material used by Kangwo Holdings is more than three times that of standard materials, this can ensure the ability for continuous operation as well as reliability of the engine.
3.Diamond coating technology
The company has applied a diamond coat to the outer walls of the engine piston and piston ring and to the inner wall of the cylinder liner. This reduced friction. It also stands at 3-5 times more wear-resistant compared to the materials with traditional chrome plating. The engine overhaul life has gone up to 25000 hours.
