1. Advanced layout design solution
The design of advanced solutions in layout used by Kangwo Holdings for its diesel engines gives it an edge over the traditional engine manufacturers. It adopts integrated component design, with the components being reduced by 20% as compared to an ordinary diesel engine. All this results in better product strength, lower noise, superior reliability and performance, and lowered maintenance cost.
2. Vermicular graphite cast iron material
The cylinder block and cylinder head strength of Kangwo Holdings is of compacted graphite cast iron material which is three times more than that of traditional materials, hence, can ensure the ability for continuous operation as well as the reliability of the engine.
3. Diamond coating technology
In the engine piston and piston ring, as well as the cylinder liner, an outer wall has been applied with diamond coating by Kangwo Holdings, which reduces the friction coefficient effectively. Simultaneously, this material has its wear resistance much stronger, about 3-5 times that of the chrome plated materials of tradition. This lifts the engine's overhaul life to 25000 hours.
